In a recent report by Smith & Henderson, Razzamataz Theatre
Schools received an overall Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark Score
of 83%, propelling them into the final of a national awards
competition.
The high score has enabled Razzamataz to be put forward in the
‘Best Franchise Under £25k Investment’ in ‘The Best Franchise
Awards’ sponsored by RBS.
The Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark is provided by Smith &
Henderson - a leading independent franchise consultancy that helps
reputable franchisors to improve franchise network performance and
growth.
The objective is to identify and understand how the franchise
is performing through the eyes of its franchisees. This report
covers the critical areas of training and support, product and
services, marketing, franchisee-franchisor relations, stewardship
and rewards.
“The initial and on-going support and training is hugely
important to our business and the growth of our network,” says
Denise Hutton-Gosney, MD and Founder of Razzamataz. “We constantly
look to ways to invest time and resource into supporting our
franchisees so we are delighted that this has been recognised by
the people we are trying to support.”
Razzamataz is proud to continually work with industry experts
to deliver the very latest developments in all areas that concern
theatre school owners. Through face-to-face training, webinars and
support calls, franchisees have access to a wealth of information.
Recent webinars have been from e-safety consultants, marketing
experts, Facebook authorities and an inspirational
speaker.
"I would like to thank Tim for his time and for delivering an
insightful webinar regarding e-safety,” says Michael French,
Principal of Razzamataz Barnet. “It made me realise that children
are especially vunerable and we need to do our upmost to prevent
any harm coming their way."
Razzamataz is delighted to be welcoming nine new franchisees
to the network this summer and is excited to embark on their
training at the company’s new Head Office in the heart of the Lake
District with its own conference and bespoke training facilities.
“Our training week evolves every year to keep up with the
current trends in business,” explains Denise. “We encourage our
established franchisees to attend any sessions they like free of
charge so we can help keep their skills fresh and
relevant.”
Another huge highlight is the Razzamataz annual Conference as
Gemma and Nick, Principals of Razzamataz Sutton Coldfield explain:
“There is very little that could have been done to improve the day,
it exceeded all of our expectations and was thoroughly enjoyable.
We were amazed at the quality of the event, with exceptional
attention to detail, even down to the delicious lunch and dinner.
There was clearly no expense spared.”
