One of Europe’s largest independent recruiters is continuing its rapid expansion around the globe.
CNA Executive Search launched a franchise in Slovakia in November of last year and already the business is starting to reap the rewards, placing eight people by the start of 2014.
The business has major growth plans that include opening 29 offices within five years throughout Eastern Europe. Offices have already been opened in Romania and the Ukraine and people have been appointed from the former Yugoslavia.
CNA Executive Search, part of the Pertemps Network Group, has been successfully operating since 1995 and is a multi-disciplined specialist executive search firm. Last year, the company also launched enterprises in India, franchises that are now starting to prosper, with further Indian office openings in the pipeline.
CNA combines specialist searches with its unique Candidate Aspiration Based Search (CABS) methodology to uncover the right candidates.
