The brand new home care franchisor Expertise Homecare has fixed the dates for its first Discovery Days, where it will reveal the new innovations and processes that it has adopted to shake up the UK home care sector and deliver a step change in care services and support.
The Discovery Days will be the first opportunity for budding franchisees to find out in depth about the four core principles of trust, transparency, quality and support, that the company is founded on, and the unique franchise model that Expertise Homecare is introducing.
The dates for the first two Expertise Homecare Discovery Days are:
Monday 13 October, The Abbey Centre, Great Smith Street, London SW1P 3BU
Tuesday 11 November, The Mercure Tunbridge Wells Hotel, Kent
Expertise Homecare founders Harriet Smith and Natalie Richards have used their extensive experience in the domiciliary care sector to pinpoint the areas where significant improvements can be made, to develop a unique franchise model that rips up the at-home care rule book – replacing outmoded and impractical processes with specifically-designed, technologically-advanced processes. All of the unique aspects of their franchise model will be revealed at the Discovery Days.
Harriet said: “The Discovery Days are an opportunity for anyone that is interested to come along and find out the finer details of the model and to quiz us about the extraordinary opportunities in the care sector. The Days will also give us the opportunity to assess the potential franchisees, as we are looking for special types of people who share our vision and ambitions and will make the most of the franchise opportunity.”
The Discovery Days will be a mixture of chalk and talk, interactive discussions and 1-to-1s and will feature a mix of speakers from the British Franchising Association, business finance specialists and marketing consultants in addition to the two founders.
Natalie said: “Most excitingly we will have our very first franchisees present to talk through their journey and decision making process with fellow delegates. We can’t wait to share our concept, vision and values with potential franchisees.”
Since Expertise Homecare was launched on 1 September there has been widespread coverage and interest in the company and its first two franchise territories have been signed up – Canterbury and Swale, both in Kent.
