One of Europe’s largest independent recruiters is expanding its horizons even further by launching an enterprising venture in India. CNA Executive Search, part of the Pertemps Network Group, is now operating in Delhi – and two more offices will be opening in India soon.
The three initial branches will mark the start of ambitious plans to grow the business throughout India with 14 of the country’s 28 provinces all identified as potential locations for multi-disciplined franchises.
The first franchise in Delhi employs nine people and this is likely to grow along with the business.

CNA Executive Search has been successfully operating since 1995 and is a multi-disciplined, specialist executive search firm. The company combines specialist searches with its unique Candidate Aspiration Based Search (CABS) methodology to uncover the right candidates – a practice the company will be introducing to India.
As well as launching in India, the company also has plans to expand elsewhere outside of the UK and opportunities are available for master franchisers in Canada, Australasia and Europe.
