AT the prestigious Seahaven Business
Awards, Simon Studd of Clean Cut Gardening Franchise Ltd
scooped one of the top prizes when he was named Business Person of
the Year.
The awards evening was held at Peacehaven Golf Club and is open to all businesses in the Peacehaven, Newhaven and Seaford area.
Simon, with the support of several chamber members has worked tirelessly to franchise his business and now has a growing army of franchisees and more due to come on stream shortly.
His effort and dedication in hauling his business up from a one man operation working out of the back of a borrowed car into the franchise operation it is today was recognised by the judges as ‘outstanding’.
Simon said: "I’m delighted. It has been a long and difficult process to get to this position and I could not have done it without the help and support of several key fellow chamber members."
