The key services provided include a detailed report on the general condition of the property prior to a tenant taking possession, as well as detailing the items in the property it covers the décor, cleanliness, meter readings, compliance with legislation such as smoke and CO2 detectors and the risk of legionella. This report can then be used for the check-in of the tenant in which they accept and sign for the property in the condition shown in the report, the check-out, when the tenant leaves and a comparison is made with the condition it was in when they moved in and mid-term property visits.
