You wil stay busy during your second week of training that takes place in your exclusive territory. It all starts with a free demonstration of your repair and a clear explanation of the benfits of repair.

SuperGlass HQ keeps you up on company news as well as what's going on in the industry on a bi-weekly basis with the four page SuperCyberNews. SuperGlass incorporates the most comprehensive training and franchise set up system in the industry to ensure you start your business with everything you need, including uniforms, printed literature and solid repeat customers.

During your first week of training (UK based) you will learn every aspect of the repair of damaged glass. Your technical training will include repairing all types of breaks, how to work with temperature extremes and how to repair long cracks. Below you will see a rear windscreen repair on a Mini and how our training will prepare you for different types of glass repair.

You will also learn how to keep your equipment running perfectly, how to invoice customers and keep your books, how to organise your business and how to create basic business records and reports.

You will also learn how to properly present your product and service to a new customer and how to retain those customers over the long term.

During your second week of training which will take place in your exclusive market area, you will be accompanied by a SuperGlass representative who is expert in presenting our service to customers and in repairing the glass.

Together you will attend pre made appointments set up by SuperGlass Marketing, with custom prepared literature for each customer, to present our product in a demonstration manner and garner the accounts on a repeating rout basis. our main focus is making sure your franchise is making money as quickly as possible.
