At the risk of being repetitive I would like to say once again that the Support from the guys in the Support Team continues to be absolutely top-drawer. We have a very good client who was experiencing some problems this morning with payments not going through his site’s Shopping Cart – the problems were probably caused by the client inadvertently changing some settings – when I contacted Mike he went to the bother of looking into the problem in detail, identified the cause, fixed it, created a ‘test’ product and put through a dummy sale to confirm everything was working fine – all in the space of minutes.
